Since Apple and Google handle all subscriptions, they don't let any app-developer handle any payment within the apps, you'll have to cancel any subscription you have with them directly.

    When I signed up there was a subscription offer I liked the look of. But decided to try the Free week to see if I could make this app work well on my phone and be able to organise books to read on it. Then I noticed that the offer is not available after the free week. So I have cancelled my subscription as I would happily sign up for a year if I can get it to work, with the subscription offer I saw when I first logged in.
